Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Japan has tested Green Petroleum, the like of produce by Ramar Pillai of Ilaiyankudi, Tamilnadu. He had proved that a bio-fuel distilled from juice of certain leaves added with Lemon powder is more powerful than white petrol. He had produced this bio-fuel in front of TN State Legislators, Hundreds of scientists in the IIT. But they threatened him to disclose the formula, he denied and still he is hopeful. It is very cheap, Rs.5-6 per litre. If produced largely it will be Rs.1/- per litre.

What about the wastage of fuel by government officers ? The district collector, RDO and other officials travel to the same destination and back by different vehicles contemporaneously. Should they not be having pool vehicles ? OR should they not use the same vehicles. Officers feel it infra-dig to travel with subordinates. That mindset should be corrected. Likewise the fuel allowed for personal use of government vehicles should be taxed as a part of salary package.

Dead GOLD should take as deposit in jewelry form from people with interest rate of 5% per year to depositor and same amount of money should available in economy to boost economical growth. When ever depositor want back for any social reasons should charge RENT / GRAM / DAY as loan from bank. The amount of DEAD GOLD in INDIA may be approximately nearly 30000 MT which is greater than the amount of GOLD which FEDERAL US have. Let us make our self rich with real rich act. UNITED GOLD=STRONG ECONOMY.

Fuel of all forms are highly consumed in transport sector, wasted due to need & luxury in pvt transport, if public transport system is developed very well, ( I have ideas of developing and running it) the fuel consumption can be brought down to a major extent which is also form of saving fuel, subsidies should not be given in any consumable sector, let it be necessary, only in very remote/difficult areas like Leh Ladakh etc should be given, rest everywhere let users pay actual what they use

Rape cases should be dealt with public emotion, there is no fear in persons as per the rape cases reported by the news, it is very shame full to hear the rape of a girl age 4 years.

My Idea to Swachh Bharat is person should be elgible for any government related works( Water, electricity etc..), bank account etc.. only if his surrounding of the building(office, house etc...) is clean, in india if it is not compulsury all people will not come forward for these activities.

Ideal view on terrorism and any illegal activities, in train or any public transport person should identify by 'adhar no' for tracking purpose like how many passengers boarded in the vehicle and every police station or any government releated office should have info of how may persons are living in that area with id proof, new members should register in that office.
