Through various mediums, show videos/documentaries related to how Oil exploration is done and what types of jobs are open to the NE public. After sometime, release advertisements for these jobs. Collaborate with the State Government in rolling out this initiative.

It is possible to implement barcoding and GPS monitoring for individual LPG cylinder with very less investment of money and this is permanent - one time solution which will keep close vigilance on the distributors and user. It is also possible to restrict their movements within area of distributor. This will also help us in case of diversion of subsidies cylinder for commercial purpose to locate issuing authority and online punishment to entire team of consumer, distributor.

The issue of LPG distribution can very well be tacked through the centralized distribution system having the provision of pipe gas to all the consumers. The consumers entitled for subsidy can maintain the pre paid smart meter which can block the supply once the credit amount is over basis their monthly allocation. This type of facility can be restricted to persons not entitled for such subsidy. Today the most well to do families are also availing the LPG subsidy where as needy suffers.
