Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

expenditures on crude oil is too much for india why dont we use power alcohal this means mixing of alcohol in fuel also we can categories fuel according to mixing for different uses this will surely decrease in the purchase on petroleum products also if our farmer produces plants useful for preparing biodiesel this will be much helpfull to decrease prices n increase reliability

Respect Sir, Wastage of petroleum products is a major issue, I would like to provide my views for its control over wastage. A fuel card should be issued at every purchase of fuel dependent vehicles and imposed for every vehicle in d country. Quota of fuels should b decided for every type of vehicles. As an eg- 2 litre per day for 2 wheelers is enough for any city 5 litre per day is enough for car and so on. over usage of fuels should cost for defaulters. would like to mail my entire plan

Dear pm. Kerosin oil ki industry areas ke ander KAlA bazzari rokne ke liye Kerosin pump ko kholna chiye.taaki kerosin ki kaala bazzari band ho.lpg gas ki kasla bazzari rojne ke liye idke liye bhi lpg pump lage jis se hamara desh devolpe ho sake or kala dhan banane walo ko roka ja sake in dino market me kerosin or lpg gas ki kaala bazzari joro par hai

Encourage ONGC and other PSU to aggressively pursue oil and gas exploration in offshore as well as onshore asserts . Increase pipeline network through country . And properly map potential areas of interest around the country . This has been slow for too long .

Sir , we have to focus our attention on shale and cbm reserves . Russians had helped us make our biggest find many decades back that is Bombay . I think we need to invite more foreign companies to explore oil resources but at same time sign technology transfer etc agreements so that our Indian companies such as ONGC , INDIA OIL etc can gain better knowledge regain new shale technologies . My bet is on Russian companies .

Respected Sir, Many areas is to be allotted under NELP on revenue sharing model with global tender instead of one time fee. The procedures are to be simplified and tax holiday to be given for Oil exploration actvity. Foreign exploration companies are to be actively encouraged. Also ONGC to be disqualified to participate in any new NELP as they have delayed in their existing work. Unless there is incentive and ease of doing business in OIl sector foreign companies like BP, will not be interested

Dear sir , I did a lot of work on Energy Conservation our achievement is best in world we have achieved 26 Kg LPG consumption per ton of production against national average of 100kg per ton .By adopting our technique India can Reduce its fuel bill by 14% . We are developing technologies our self in India . probably 26 Kg LPG per ton is best in world . we can do much more for our country if we are giving Chances to perform . there is huge potential for energy conservation , safety Systems at oil
