Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Aapko solar energy ko zyada promote karna chahiye. Jaise agar koi kisan aapne khetme solar system lagake aapni pani ki motor use chalana chahta he to use subcidy deni chahiye. Or iske bareme zyada se zyada logoko batana chahiye. Iske fayde dikhane cgahiyr. Jese k bijli ka bill hi nahi aayega or roz k roz pani ki motor chala sakte he. Isse kafi bijali ki bachat hosakti ke. Think about it. Jay hind. Jay bharat.

sir...we are providing a large amount of subsidy on diesel...as it is mainly used in public..but also in private transport system that is in luxurious cars... sir the diesel is also used in transportation food products...they all get subsidy...but the problem is that the subsidy should be provided on the basis of use...that (BMW,etc..cars also has diesel facility so person who can afford so costly cars is not a poor person so why should he get subsidy....

I have developed a way by which a commercial diesel engine can work on BIOGAS(produced by municiple waste). The same engine can run on LPG N DIESEL simultaneously.(it remains a compression engine rather than changing it into spark ignition). A MULTIFUEL DIESEL ENGINE WILL RUN ON GREEN ENERGY AND WILL REDUCE MUNICIPLE WASTE. I can provide the video of my work if my government is interested, and will be glad to serve the nation.

Sir, the integration of the NE is essential in a safe India. Given the geo-political concerns it is imperative to get all the groups under the umbrella of development & better living. Though IT / BPO industry & tourism are also known areas of traction, the NE has for long been known for oil refining. Though exploration may be risky (sub-Himalayan quake belt), refining activities can be stepped up, increasing potential for jobs & a training centre in petroleum (as in Gujarat) may be considered.

Number of two wheelers used in india are far greater than cars, more n more of them are sold each year. Developing a two wheeler that runs on some thing else then traditional petroleum derivatives may reduce the stress on the fuel supply and help in many other factors which may include environmental, micro economic and upto a certain extent macro conomic.

It's very simple, what Maruti did in Manesar. They adopted the nearby villages, provided them all the amenities like schools, hospitals, sanitation. We should go ahead in NE with the same approach. We need to involve people then only they can participate give them jobs give them livelihood. Exploration should also go ahead at the same time. People need to know that this exploration activity is giving them livelihood and will improve their standard of living. Regards

My view stop immediately subsidy on Kerosine. I am living in Sikandrabad (Buladshahr) U.P. First of all Rasan dealer does not give kerosine oil to people in full Quantity & pure Quality, Depo se hi oil is supply to petrol pump or some industries who use this. If some poor family take oil from dealer then they sell this to shopkeeper who sell this or more price 40/- littre to some others, People purchase this in black and use in generator mix with mobile. I request open this for open market.
