Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Sir Government organisation is working for the upliftment of the local societies and many things for the tribes in my opinion if we try to change the scenarios we should take it from helping this tribes and locals bringing them out of their houses and offering them work from matriculation level itself

Like swaach bharat abhiyaan, we should give task to corporators to involve in local communities with society chairman, secretatry , community leader and schedule task on monthly basis to keep locality clean, highlighting problem regarding water, power supply, illegal construction, food immbalance, school and other basic civic facilities. Arrangement of festival commonly on one ground for all community It will directly enable common comunity buildup and interaction level of society will increase.

The greater participation of local communities can be achieved by promoting local 1)political dialogue with insurgence groups,2)It should mandated that every industry should spend 10% of its investment in infrastructure of local also we should make every local know that 3)The Companies near by that local should spend their profits in Health and education of local also the govt should make every local know what benefits they get with that company

My suggestion is regarding the traffic control in urban India. People drive talking on mobile,jumping signals, changing tracks,throwing stuff from vehicles are very common and in a menacing proportion. My suggestion is to quicken the justice system and imposing heavy fines. In a police station limit if a magistrate is made to sit who can immediately give a judgement and impose fines, this menace will automatically reduce significantly and traffic becomes smooth and regulated in 6 months.

Have a look at Pathetic condition of Nagpur Hyderabad National highway (NH 7) is in worst condition from past 4 to 5 years, It takes around 2 hours to travel 40 kilometers. The contract was given to 4 contractors fro repairing and maintenance, but still the work was not completed and this is also to bring in to your notice that the heavy toll tax is collected. The Still are attached for perusal. Strict action should be taken against the concerned department and all officers for negligence.

Mhada a Housing Department Government of Maharashtra has still not given full OC to lottery held in the year 2011 & maintenance for the month is Rs.5328/- for carpet area of 305. we are following-up with them for Society Registration but they are not taking any decision just wasting time & money of people around 564 owners are there in our society
