Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

You had solicited information about ways to ' detect bogus clients of the highly subsidized LPG cylinders..I feel one effective way would be " to make the Delivery boy of all dealers - the focal point " of the operation. In Income Tax and Enforcement Cases the " informer " is compensated with a commission for useful information. Same way - I feel that the Delivery boy of all dealers can be offered an incentive to furnish bogus clients who enjoy the subsidized cylinder.

Railways has reduced the number of seats in tatkal quota on many important trains. Why, i cannot understand. For example in train number 12801 there was 264 seats quota in tatkal. Now it has been reduced to 136. about half. where has the balance half gone. Well the railway ministry decided to put the remaining half tickets on premium tatkal quota. What an idea sir ji. You do not try to improve the seating capacity, but are blackmailing passengers by asking them to pay 4 times more charge

This is a view how the branch manager of Punjab National Bank, B.O. Borunda , Jodhpur is making mock of the "Pradhanmantri Jan Dhan Yojana " by sleeping on sofa set during working hrs. inside the branch. At that time it was 1-30 p.m.. Even after complaining repeated times about this the administration has'nt taken any action upon him, rather, it protected him. These types of "haraamkhori" and " corrupt" activities can't be occurred without the support of higher authorities and govt. officials.

i request minister for company affairs to change companies act to deliver the company financials and annual report digitally online to companies holding digitised records of shareholders and taken permission from shareholders to receive such communication. we have this live example available at www.sharemyid.in and www.dataisverified.in. By changing the law we can save the environment and also preserve the ecology.

There are many local products which can be promoted for export market. We must educate people for product, packing, export market awareness, etc. Export Promotion councils are not at all effective in doing all these, which is their primary job. Ministry of commerce and EPCs are just wasting money.

Sir the way you have demat account for shares kindly allow private professional companies to hold digitised and certified documents(education recrods, bank statements, asset valuation report, income tax returns etc) online which can be shared to beneficiaries(government agencies, banks, schools etc) So that use of paper will be eliminated in all areas of life. we have this kind of mechanism online available at www.sharemyid.in and www.dataisverified.in and willing to share the technology to govt

I was discussing with one of my employees who is migrant from Balamgir district Odisha. His family has constructed a small house but without a toilet. When asked why his reply where is the water?. Further he mentioned that he has applied thru his panchayat for financial assistance for building of toilet under government funding for which he has paid the necessary fee (bribe) to the panchayat official. This was a very disturbing news as how panchayats cheat their fellow citizens.
