Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

it is very true that local communities of the NER region should encourage the exploration of oil and gas as this will boost the states economy in the NER region. Moreover, it should always should keep in mind that NER region is amongst the most earthquake prone area in India.

we plan for incredible india but a call from militan group have paralysed the railway service presently we are stranded in fakiragram station since 3 hours and we heard that a bandh for 36 hours have been called what govt. of india is doing 2 resolve the militant issues in assam why govt. is noy utilizing its all strength and resourses may be political or military 2 have a permanent solution why only common people have 2 suffer..

We have the definition of the best education systems in the world but still we are laggers . Mr PM,please have a "Mann ki bath" in improving the education system of India so that we set an example to the entire world and all look for us .People participation is ofcourse a key but still there is a lot of scope from the Law making bodies to have a thought process on this.

Dear Prime Minister, Your wish of setting setting up wi-fi in selected trains is a good move but can't there be any method where instead of a few selected passengers every other passenger of any train can benefit. May be we can set mobile towers along the railway tracks so that not only the railway passengers benefit but small villages along the railway tracks can benefit. It's a win win situation for everyone. Along with the railway passenger we are reaching to millions of people across India.

Till now there is no regulatory body which control the dynamics of the education System and process. This post is not at all contending about the Syllabus etc. it;s about the Education System right from admission,process,accountability etc.Schools are coming like mushrooms and we do see a lot of corruptions in the establishment itself which is de-valuating our education system.Why is there Migration of Bright minds to West ?

Respected Modiji,it been a creative thought to include people of india in Decision making. I hope those will not remain just as thoughts but will be in action. One of the important concern in very Indian family is about the Current Education System which has been rapidly commercialization and stands no value which existed 4 decades ago.I feel there should be a regulatory body for the Current Education System and it should be an agenda for a prompt action.

On railway station we found garbage here and there. Main reason for this I feel us that shortages of dust bin. There should be one dustbin near every poll.and every shop. If dustbin is far away people have tendency to throw any where. It happened personally with me at kalyan railway station when I did not found any dustbin on the platform. Also these dustbin should be cleaned at least once in two days. In trains also there may be provision for temporary dustbin near every 8 seat one dustbin.

रेल्वे में एक ही कोच में 100की जगह 200 लोग बेदर्दी ज़े ठूस कर सफ़र करने को मजबूर है तथा तत्काल टिकटिंग से सामान्य आरक्षित सीट बुरी तरह प्रभावित हो रहा है।जिस तरह से 2 मलगाडीओ को जोड़कर चलाया जा रहा है उसी तरह 2 यात्री गाड़ियो को जोड़कर चलाने से ये सारी समस्या का हल निकल जायेगा और टिकट व यात्रा के लिए कोई मारामारी नहीं रहेगा बस सिर्फ प्लेटफार्म की लंबाई बढ़ा देने से इसे अभी से शुरू कर सकते है।

Please instal computer software about Noting work in Government department for better transpancy. No Noting work should be allowed manually. Note written by any official should reach the destined officer automatically.

Peace in NER is perquisite for any development. Insurgency in NER is product of denial of equal opportunity to masses. The govts in NER are only sham without real mandate of people. The entire politics in the NER be at States or Centre is a black mail politics against UOI and they very people these seek to serve by bunch of unconvicted criminals. You have to have real empowerment and not fake where you buy votes to rise to the ladder of power with guns.
