Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Central Government should focus more on renewable power generation. Govt should frame such policy that encourage solar power generation and also look at the these policy are implemented properly. I was reading in an article that from last 9 months private companies are not investing in REC model solar power generation because of bad central govt policy implementation.We have a dynamic and focused Prime Minister and we will request him to review the solar policy and implement it properly.

The limit of number of years for availing deduction on interest paid on housing loan may be do away with or at least be increased to atleast 7 years from the year in which home loan was availed. This provision should be applicable from retrospective effect.

With regard to the forthcoming Union Budget Presently, the deduc,tion on interest paid on housing loan under Section 24 of IT Act is limited to Rs. 30000 PA if the property is not constructed within 3 years after the year in which housing loan was availed. The provision is fine in case where the owner himself is getting the construction done of the house. However, in most of the cases, the individual is booking apartments with the developers and do not have any control on its completion.

Hello sir , I want to write something that now a days while booking subsidized LPG through online or sms , most of the time it fails , after quite number of attempts LPG bookings been done through online ,, some technical problem might be there , please do something about the above said problem which comman man suffers .

I do not understand why Signals are put off after 10 PM in most of the cities ? Why can't they work 24/7 as happens in other countries. Sometime ago I had gone to Niagara. I had to catch a flight at 6 AM from Niagara City which was one hour drive from Niagara. I took a Taxi at 4 AM. The city was a ghost town at that hour yet the Taxi Driver would not jump even one of the 10 Signals on the way as signals are mounted with Automatic Cameras and he will get an instant ticket for violation .

We have thousands of Police Personnel Manning intersections despite intersection having Automated Signals. Why ? because we do not enforce our laws and therefore road users indiscipline and impatience to cross a Red light when no one is watching. Increase cost of Violation 10 Fold to put a fear of financial Loss. Allow online mandatory updation of Current address /Mobile No and Email ID of Driving License Holders. Cancel License of any one found with DL not updated these mandatory details.
