Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Make it mandatory for companies (Exploration and Production) to set up a subsidiary company and include representatives of the area of exploration as directors .This may win their trust. In the first instance we can lay a gas pipeline from Myanmar to Manipur and set up a Gas Based power plant. The power generated can be shared between power starved Mayanmar and India. This will give energy to the estate for setting up more manufacturing units and give employment. This will also win their trust

Namaste modiji.as u have ASKED i have tried my best to make a strong and stable goverment.also i have taken my primary membership number which is 1005366701.But i m not happy with the news that the corrupt ministers and mla's of congress of joining the bjp before the 2016 election.iska parinam bohut bura hoga.logo mein inko leke bohut gussa hain.so it is my request not to allow them to join bjp.apki har baat mani hai,apko hamari yeh baat manni hogi.jai hind,jai bharat. Indian do not get visa on arrival in any country excepting SAARC country and one or two south east asian country. If India has started issuing visa on arrival to some of the country, India also should demand that its citizen also get visa on arrival.

I am a NRI. But every year I submit tax return. I came to know that if the refund is less than 50000, the amount can be sent by ECS. But if it is more, it will be sent by cheque. I do not understand the logic behind it. Sending a cheque cost more money and manpower than sending by ECS. So, please ammend the rule and send all the tax refund by ECS.

Dear Pradhan Sevak Ji - I have been waiting to hear what we are going to do regarding degrading quality of our police force. These days people fear less from goondas and more from police. When are we going to see emphasis on police reforms? There is immediate need for bringing our police force to acceptable standards. We can use technology to ensure that police force does not indulge in corruption. I am confident that this is a herculean task and hence needs its own ministry. Thank you!

Respected ModIji...Namaskar...Very impressed with the way you are trying hard with the rest of India/Abroad to bring India to the next height.One of the most basic thing is to try to have every citizen of India with a Passport and also to cut the time in passport processing timeline with smoothing the process.

Hi, we should do away with PUC certification for cars. Most cars now comply to euro 4 emission norms. We don't need to certify it. The PUC should be required for cars before a certain year and for commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses and taxis. We don't need PUC certification for private cars made after 2004.

NAMO sarkar Every state has its state budget presented in the state legislative assembly from the central gov do we not have auditors /experts give feedback to central and central can step in for corrective measures on this as the central gov should be there when something is not cooking right also give options or suggestions and make them aware to the public of that state when center starts to step in i dont think there will be any opposition to oppose on the proposed budget - eg: Telanga Budget brief link http://finance.telangana.gov.in/uploads/budget-2014-15-books/Volume-VI.pdf Can any auditor or expert review and provide his/her suggestion on the brief -

Respected PM Please permit Government servants to file patent for their personal work done in own time and resources and commercialize under intimation to Govt based on self declaration. Govt employs some of the brightest brains dulled by archaic procedures. I would like help framing new rule. I am an inventor. My current Invention is a solar generator which will change the future of our Country but Railways sleeps on permission . Why subject superior intellect to frustration.
