Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

I recently come to know about LPG Direct Bank Transfer. I have observed pain of poor people in the village. Points below: 1. Arranging to pay the lumpsum amount upfront 2. Run around understand/follow up of subsidy credit to bank. 3. Commutation charges to collect money from the bank. Some times the return empty handed. Improvements: 1. Since JDY Bank account opened, OD facility is available, is a bit relax, but still its a point 2. SMS alert for smallest Dr/Cr Amount

The government of India can have a website to encourage voluntary work and check for the availability of individuals and their locations to enhance their efficient participation. Many od them are willing to work voluntarily atleast for a day or 2.

Shiradi Ghat is a bottle neck between Mangalore-Bangalore.It is situated at 3200 ft above sea level & runs 33 KM on NH-75. Every year govt spends crores of rupees to maintain roads as western ghats receive very high rain fall. Loaded trucks consume heavy fuel as they mostly carry shipping containers. My suggestion is to optimize the slope of the ghat. Crate a rail-track/trolley where shipping containers can be dropped at Sakaleshapur & it directly reaches Mangalore harbor. Save fuel, time

I came to know about International Yoga Day. I would like to recommend for a National University for developing this skill. It can be named as Indian Institute of Yoga and have branches across several states. The courses can be a certificate course [open to all], a diploma course, a degree course and a masters course. It can further be developed to a research level and go global. I see that all the people who are offering to teach yoga are doing it on a commercial scale [to earn money only].

Sir , I live in Delhi near Delhi Bypass and I daily see that we are facing lack of power & electricity supply because of various reasons like lack coals and other natural fuels used for making it and it is becoming very very expensive day by day and we are also facing problem regarding Swachh Bharat, I have a idea that near Delhi By pass there are huge mountains of waste and trash and with them we can easily make electricity with around Rs Zero cost of raw material,Sir it will solve 3 problems.
