Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

1.At ground level ur failing bcos of people not aware of Exploration and Production activities in NE area suitable condition not satisfactory hurdles -peoples mind set change it know them 2. The area/climate/resources for livelyhood are the problems your not looking into 3.give them the basic things they will do it 4.training session 5.good salary 6.make the condition better bring then to colleges students interest 7.suitable encouragement with precaution measures 8.assurance of upliftment

Skill Development is a process, which takes time & money. But my focus on the skilled candidates who are still struggling to get job. So, first provide the jobs to them and then think about skill development scheme.

Sirs, increase import duty on gold to 20% and declare that Govt will bring down this duty every year. This might prohibit people from buying gold because they know that they will lose money in future if they buy this now. So import may reduce.

Just deeply study the organization working for this cause. Time bound cooperation from local government authorities. Facilitation for raw materials and for marketing.

The companies exploring the oil should provide houses and schools the children of the people working in the companies.They should also develop the nearby areas so that the local communities are happy and start participation in all these activities.

We should open trade and investments opportunities for countries like China and Pakistan so that their dependence of Indian economy goes up to the extent that they cannot afford to create any trouble which will hurt their own economic interests

The local share and participation is the best way of the activities development and modification and change for the better understanding, better cooperation and better for the ways to the coordination and cooperation for the management of the gas potential of the North East region. The state government explanation and production activities for the sustainable exploitation of oil and gas potential and the state government also active participation for the economic sustainability of the people

India's rail network has the potential to make billions of dollars in advertisements With rail network running millions of kilometers we can use possibly every surface that Indian railways own for advertising which includes the wagons, the railway stations the signals etc. This could be separate business vertical in itself. In fact the surfaces inside coaches can also be used for advertising

dear government like kashmir, leh and jammu are also part of J&K, with election season going on kindly make arrangements for the leh students those who studying in jammu for polling because they vote in lok sabha elections which can be beneficial for BJP. Would also like to add when it comes to grant/projects/schemes please do think about jammu and leh with majority of hindu votes for BJP. Just wanted u to conduct a survey/sting to see that all officers/clerks are muslim n class 3/4 r hindussss

KVS introduced German as third language in June 2014. Today Instruction came from KVS headquarters that the teaching of German languag would be discontinued with immediate effect and Sanskrit or any Indian Language will be taken up from 14/11/14. I want to know In the middle of the Academic session how these students ll cope with other students those who have studied sanskrit as third language. Then why KVS Introduced other languages.
