Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Govt. shouldn't allow B.tech. holders to teach in engg. colleges, this will deteriorate the quality of higher education.

Government should give the subsidy to only weaker section or required section. Once the person have been uplifted, no need to extra support. If you pay more, then there will be value of things. Only few realise the things inspite of having well equipped.

Respected PM Sir, I also send a Registered Letter as my advice and suggestion. Sir my only advice is that please ensure that All Secretariat, Paliament Mess Gov. HQ, IIT, IIM, NIT, NIIT other Gov. University MP MLA's All IAS IPS other Officers Colonies should be fulfill by "SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM and BIO GAS PLANT". Please think about it. We can save so many units Electricity and so many LPG cylinder per months and can supply to needy ones because they cant afford LED bulbs. Jai Hind.

Indian Railways is the only organisation which is doing service to the public all the 24 hours without any break.It needs pesonal care i.e. to operate more express trains, utilise the railway land to the optimum level, increase the accommodation facilities in the Railway Stations at affordable cost.Suburban Train be operated in all the Metros and it has to be extended to all Divisional level stage to cater the need of the people.Monitoring the population travelling withticketsold withe xtracoach

THE GOVT CAN BRING DOWN THE RETIREMENT AGE OF ITS OFFICIALS TO 58 OR 55 YEARS AS IN THE PAST AT LEAST FOR THOSE WHO ENTERED GOVT SERVICE IN GROUP-C OR GROUP-B POSTS AND LATER ON PROMOTED TO HIGHER LEVELS IN ORDER TO CURTAIL REDUNDANCY & EXPENDITURE TO GOVT. COFFER(.) IT WILL OPEN UP VISTAS FOR INDUCTION OF YOUTHS INTO THE SYSTEM WHO ARE BETTER QUALIFIED AND NO WAY ERODE THE POPULARITY OF THE RULING PARTY IF SIMULTANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENT OF FILLING UP OF THE RESULTANT VACANCIES ARE MADE (.)

E&P companies spend huge amounts in projects. If they prepare a plan for training locals in setting up small units for their utility spares, train and fund them, do CSR activities to win confidence, it will work. Companies and govts wait for ancillary industries to grow by themselves. They hire vendors in remote areas at huge costs. This can be intergated in the project itself giving locals full opportunity and also solving rehabilitation issues. This can be within budgets.

We have seen public transport system in most of the Districts are not managen prperly where by lot of fuel is waisted due congested roads. The Buses should not ply in streets. Mostly Buses should run on main road which wider at least by 100 feet. Public transport Bus should follow the extreme left side of he road. All Auto rickshaw should ply mostly in streets.

Dear PM Sir, we have seen...wherever BJP is coming in power additional tax charges on petrol/diesel...(current example in Haryana/Jharkhand)...you need to instruct concern CM to do not work against public mandate.
