Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

Really happy that govt reading my/out post.Regarding this dept,my long lasting request are 1)Approve Solar/Electric/non-Oil dependent(Biodisel/ethanol) related machinery/products(car/bus) etc) ref:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternative_fuel 2)Never increase Govt transport prices mainly train (please use alternative fuels) 3)Implement Roadside bunks/fuel stations 4) Implement project only in National highway, dont ever occupy farm land/agriculture land. 6)go through valuable posts by others..

thanks sudeep-The urgent need of the hour for Finance Minister in this budget are as follows : 1) As make in India vision, incentives for Manufacturers who produce Hybrid, Hydrogen Celled and Solar Power vehicles. 2) In congested roads of Union Territories levy single driver tax for all vehicles.3) Removal of Customs duty for Hybrid, Electric and Solar powered cars.4) Subsidize Entrepreneurs to open up vehicle electric recharging, Hydrogen Filling centers with Govt.assistance 5)Scrap 20+ yrs car

GODHAN CAN BE USED BECAUSE 1. CNG CAN BE REPLACE BY CBG(PREPARE BY GOBAR AND GOMUTRA IN GOBAR GAS PLANT) 2.OUR COUNTRYY HAS BIG NUMBER OF ANIMALS 3. EACH VILLAGE CAN BE MADE SELF SUFFICIENT BY USING CBG 4. CBG CAN BE USED BY FARMER FOR PUMPING WATER , AGRICULTURE MACHINE, CAN PRODUCE ELECTRICITY FOR VILLAGE 5 CBG CAN BE USED FOR VEHICAL ALSO

आजकल गोरखपुर क्षेत्र के सभी विकास खंड मे गैस कनेक्शन के लिए शिविर का आयोजन किया जा रहा है परंतु हजारो की संख्या मे लोगो के फार्म जमा करने के कारण अस्थिरता एवं अव्यवस्था उत्पन्न हो जा रही है ऐसे मे जनता मे गलत संदेश जा रहा है ।मैंने इस बारे मे जानकारी लेने का प्रयास किया तो एक गैस एजेंसी के मैनेजर ने बताया कि इस संबंध मे हमे कोई जानकारी नही है कि इतनी संख्या मे लोगो को कनैक्शन की व्यवस्था कैसे हो सकती है ।कनैक्शन की फीस भी निर्धारित नही है कि कितने मे कनैक्शन मिलेगा कृपया स्पष्ट करने की कृपा

my view is to get know how from Brazil or indigenous for use of ethanol in automobiles specially bikes and scooters as we can save valuable foreign exchange .And use surplus decaying grains like wheat,corn.potatoes,tomatoes and other agri based commodities which is not suitable for human consumption.The vehicles using these fuels should be exempted from all taxes to encourage purchase or alternatively use of 2 fuels in one tank so as to use ethanol taxation based on mfg capacity of ethanol
