Suggestion 1: The school should take responsibility of getting the student to the respective examination center and arrange all comforts for students with or without charges.
2. Let school itself handles their students board exam. We believe schools for all 10 years of assessment out of 12 years of studies.. why not for these two years also?
3. Have counselors for students during the exam who motivates and provides them different options for making leavings (job) when they grow up.

According to my point of view the education policy can be changed at the class of 6th stander. At this stage we can give the better option of education to the students. Here I want to refer the education system in Germany where they give the student's preferred subject instead of all subject what we are doing now. Here in India we have also want to develop the same education system. By this we can also do the skill development, this will create employment also.

I am preparing for All India Engineering examination i.e JEE(Main) 2015. Two years back Hon'ble Kapil Sibal brought a change in pattern of this exam by introducing 40% weightage to +2 Exam with the objective to close coaching academies. Has any academy closed in KOTA (Rajasthan) ? On the contrary it has boosted the menance of Copy at +2 level. Parents are throwing money to supervisory staff and school board staff to facilitate copying and manipulations.Old pattern of JEE(Main) be restored.

The Selection should be based on their performance in Boards / University Exams. Lets not put them to tests time and again and instead groom them in classroom for future employment. This will go a long way in Development of Nation and satisfy the aspirations of the youth. They will also have no time to fall in Bad Company and indulge in wrong practices.

Every other day I find thousands of youth seeking shelter at railway platforms at night with barely enough to fill their stomachs & sans proper protection. Enquiries reveal that they had come to the City for first time to appear in some examination. Even after applying to many posts and spending money and valuable time, they are not sure to get employment. WE MUST CREATE A SYSTEM WHERE WILLING STUDENTS ARE OFFERED EMPLOYMENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER 10th / 12th / GRADUATION / PG WITHOUT APPLYING FOR IT
