It is high time since we are dreaming of fast growing digital india and interstate movement of people is unavoidable. Transport laws are outdated, cumbersome with contributes to large scale corruption too. Govt should make uniform road tax structure pan india so that no one evades taxes in a given state & also ensure to collect one time nominal fee to take their vehicles pan india without any restrictions. The reg no can be home state with submission of address proof in new state of residency.

Let the Expenditure Commission develop a portal for each states where expenditure data for every scheme, its outcome and output can be monitored by the citizens. Citizens should be allowed to participate in performance monitoring of each scheme. This portal should be such that a common citizen can raise his voice without the need for involving the elected representatives. The system of postmortem by CAG after the event should be scrapped and a continuous monitoring system. be evolved

Lot of expenditure is incurred in fighting direct indirect tax c cases. More courts should be appointed for speedy decisions. It will reduce unnecessary legal fees

in cities. as PM spoke about exporting skilled labor, this skilling can enable this and will male life not only better for them, india can earn such important foreign exchange. country needs to create enough jobs so that large rural population who are dependent on paltry agri income is moved to alternate source of employment to leave rest of the rural folks still dependent on agri income with better income

this and address the issue instead of continue to harp on something which is particularly not possible. If towns and cities can be equipped with better infrastructure which is quite possible compare to equipping villages in such large nos which cant be economical. towns should build accommodation facility such as hostels etc folks from rural area should be accommodated there and skilled for various activity such as carpentry, plumbing, welding, mason work etc for which there is so much shortag

Our successive government and think tanks have harped on improving agriculture and village condition, India's problem of poverty and unemployment cant be solved ever if we cant think differently. Everyone talks of the same solution which has not worked in last 60 years. Solution for the purpose of better administration and employment opportunity is to move large part of rural population to urban and semi urban areas. I don't why politicians including general citizens shy away from acknowledging

the government/judiciary continue to waste precious time and money on the issue that will result in zero recovery. Perhaps the government can launch an amnesty scheme to bring back money. This will not only result in revenue for the government but large capital will be created for investment in infrastructure projects.

continuation to last post only It is accepted that society will have disparity and there will be poor and rich in any society but to let children of India be deprived of such basic necessity while such huge capital remaining unused seems quite criminal. Indians have been such gullible people that they are being fooled by creating hype by various successive government on black money parked abroad. this issue is so much fraught with legal nuances that not a penny is expected to be recovered while

in continuation to my last post these idle capital in the form of gold in any cases is going to be looted by some crooks and hence must be disposed off to retire borrowings. money thus saved on interest outgo should be used partly for the welfare of poor and partly for the infrastructure creation. Our head should hang in same for boasting such treasure that we seem to have while children of India continue to go hungry, without cloth, without shelter and medication.
