I think if the city is filled with maximum number of dustbins ,the city can be kept clean.In almost every small cities in India we rarely find dustbins which makes people to throw waste here and there. I have a simple plan. if all the private companies ,educational universities,industries and NGO's of a district in a state can sponsor dustbins for their district, the whole state can get dustbins free of cost. By which private companies can get advertisement from it.

We want our country free of reservation quota on the basis of caste and all. Govt.is providing many types of help to these reserved category in their study. After study they are able to compete the normal person or we can say a general category person in govt. Jobs exams. So don't you think now govt. Should not provide them quota in jobs or in abroad study visa?
