It is very easy these days for a person to buy things online through Internet. But there are some e-marketing companies who do not show transparency and accountability for their products, amount & quality of the product. In this regard strong legal steps should be taken against them.

Income tax jurisdictions need to be revamped. There are lot of issues to be adhered regarding Income Tax jurisdiction allocation. Allocation according to state shall be discarded and shall be reconstituted as per distance. Because for a person who is resident of "Bidar" may prefer to go Hyderabad instead of Bangalore because it not only costs him dearer but also distance wise not feasible. Karwar ITO jurisdiction shall be joined to Goa. Discussion in this regard before allocation is needed.

Artisan community from rural area can form large groups with one person (learned teacher etc.) handling the online marketing stuff. Such coordinators (IT learned) must be officially provided by state govt. on request from village panchayats for local artisans.

The NIELIT course is missing on one aspect, blogs. The course should also teach students how to create blogs in google and use it to market their craft and use it to update their new creations. Food blogs are one good example that are source of income for many. Although the course is marketing based still entrepreneurs should be guided on legal issues associated with internet usage, plagiarism, knowledge on PC essentials on product type to market such as PC memory for videos, painting etc.
