68 years but how many students and readers have grown... Most of the fund in all district level is wasted in procurements and distribution. Good books dont reach as they are not cheap Most publishers cant work with Govt supplies because of discount structures and underhand %. If we have to promote good books then we must promote libraries in schools and block levels. promote good speakers and story tellers in above places, we have to create interest in initial level.Lots more to discuss
