There is a mention of encouraging young writers, but this policy needs to give more clarification on how can young writers get their works published in magazines or through books. A website or portal needs to be created where young writers can get guidance on how to get their work published. Exclusive magazines and publication division has to be set up for new and young writers. Otherwise we see the book market is dominated by old or famous writers. The new writers have no incentive to come up.

Consumer Behavior towards purchasing books has changed, and most buyers now either read e-books, kindle versions or if at all they need to buy, they do so from e-commerce websites. Producing e-versions of all books is an absolute essential for its promotion, and government should start partnering with the ecommerce giants to better manage promotion of many regional books and urge those players to start promoting them, by helping them with understanding their market & offering delivery channels.

It is time, that the govt should try out different books' promotion mechanisms adopted by noted best selling authors. There could be some 'teaser texts' of the books which government wants to promote, which includes 5-6 most inspirational or touching parts of the intended books. These teasers could be in online mode displayed on websites or through some small print publications, marketed in various book-fairs.

Sub: International expression series on Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay –for promotion of educational ideology of Pandit ji
We have been doing a lot of research on the life and works of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay. What has been of most significance are his views on education of school going children and the kind of handholding that needs to be done in terms of grooming them to becoming national assets• A test should be conducted on 25th September 2015 on the eve of 100th anniversary of Panditji.
