for improvement of digital payment make the cash withdrawal limit to 10k/month per person(cities and bigger towns).. Link every bank accounts to Aadhar number and make sure the transactions are less.. Make sure the ATM's have Rs 100 notes and make sure every business outlets use the wallets/pos machines, no transaction fees on these payments. Only some people need cash(i.e 100/500). educated people can learn how to use digital payments. You need to force something to extra something.

Internet speed should be increased. It is possible through strengthening the BSNL & other Govt. agencies. But it's pity BSNL performance is very poor to implement digital payments. Has the Govt. survey what is the poor condition of BSNL. The poor condition of internet speed hampers the digital payments. All the Govt. payments like Gas electricity, train tickets, LIC premium must be practiced through digital payment and cut off date should be fixed at first in urban and semi-urban area.

As most of money now in banks.
Let make compulsory the following:
Max cash withdrawal limit 20% of deposit or Rs. 50,000/-(Per Annum) of net deposits, whichever is less.
For all individual to Corporate company.
This will divert people to go digital and people will learn it quickly, as they learn to use phone. All govt and private school children can educate their parents / relatives easily. Govt should educate children (6th std +) for digital payments.

Sir, Please go through a news clipping published in Dainik Bhaskar, Ujjain on 04/01/2017.The news itself is self explanatory about how the business of circulating fake currency of new 2000 notes is going on rampantly in Madhya Pradesh and who are the perpetrators.

If Govt. enhances Basic limit of an Individual in Income Tax Slab in Financial Budget then it should be on account of Help of any other individual person of assesee, they might be relative, friends or any other one. Deduction be claimed by assesee on self attested declaration basis. It would enlarge helping tectic in public like Companies do CSR. An individual will get deduction on the basis of help then it would very good in many aspects in India, it could be withdrawn/amend too, circumstantially
