Dear All,
Just i want to get one interesting topic on house rent we pay to landlord.
In my case my owner provided his PAN card as i pay 14,000/- Rs per month and he is good with income tax paymemt.
I have heard so many cases with our collegues, all will say their OWNER is not ready to give PAN card, worst case is they will ask you to VACANT the home if you ask twice for PAN card.
Changing home is big headache and need to pay for everything including brokerage charges to transport.

LIC Branches should be use cashless option like POS Machine. In LIC branch taken cash while this is the most prominent body of our country. LIC like main contributor of our countries like Indian Railway should be cashless first of all. This can good impression to Indian People.

Government should bring a law to make mandatory that all educational institutions like schools & collages both public and private should collect fee of all kind only through cheque, Demand draft, Cards or Online and should not collect any thing in cash (even fine). Even charitable trusts and NGOs should not be allowed to accept cash donations above a certain amount like as low as Rs.1000. Donors should not get tax exemption for all donations made in cash

PAYMENT SYSTEM SYSTEM SHOULD BECOME MORE EASY WITH QR CODE AND MPIN .
AS EASY AS IT REMOVES ERROR IN ENTERING DATA/INFORMATION DURING PAYMENT.
PAYMENT BILLS SHOULD ALSO BE GENERATED WITH QR CODE.
SO USER CAN SCAN AND PAY.
IT MAKES THE MORE SECURE WAY OF PAYMENT.

Stop giving approval to new ATM's. Withdraw slowly existing ATM's. Give ( compulsory) debit card to all bank account holders free. Give prepaid cards free to all like mobile prepaid top up's.

Print only Rs.10,20,50 and 100. Gradually withdraw Rs.500 and 2000. People will not like to carry small notes in big quantity and ultimately go to digital. Also put penalty on cash on airlines tickets, railway tickets etc.

Before people could change, government must change the century old ways of dealing with money.
1. Income Tax department considers excessive use of credit card as a warning. Only 6 months back I was summoned to ITO for spending more than 2 Lakhs using credit card. IT notices scare honest people more than they scare corrupts.
2. Many schemes like "Sukanya Samriddhi Yojna" has no way to pay online. Schemes like NPS has limited banks supported or 1% charge for Debit/Credit card payment.
