The Digital India programme is a flagship programme of the Government of India with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. “Faceless, Paperless, Cashless” is one of professed role of Digital India.
As part of promoting cashless transactions and converting India into less-cash society, various modes of digital payments are available.

Sir,
Thanks for encouraging cashless transactions. However, please remove the fuel surcharge of 3% which is charged on filling petrol. This charge is preventing from becoming totally cashless. There was a talk of giving 0.75% discount on paying petrol by card. This also has not happened in reality. Please take these 2 decisions at the earliest.
Regards,
Ajit

Dear Sir,
Thanks for making INDIA Digital.
I feel the real problem especially with rural India, is the absence of Internet.
My small suggestion is to make mobile internet free compulsory for apps like BHIM, so that people get free internet for digital payment throughout India.
I think the cell phone operators will also agree to it.

Namaste sir. U have done great job sir in #digitalpayments system. But some improvement are must.
1. All retailer should have digital swipe machine or other digital payment option {it should be mandatory},. This is most important please pay attention!
2. You should give relexations if payment done by online/card.
If u take tex on online payment it will fail because on digital payment already there is bargaining not possible.
3. Currency should not greater then 500 rs.
4.

1. all the transactions made through e wallets must be insured.
2. all the e wallets must be ruled by RBI or similar authority.
3. strong cyber law.
4. Instead of charging Digital payment, cash transaction must be charged 50k and above daily.
5.Insure that every account holder has a debit card.
6. Must have a Toll free number, where people can easily share their problems related to digital payment and find the solutions.
7.Institute like Bank Lokpal, mustbe there for online pmt
