I am from Village Lower Barol, PO Dari, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. I am deeply pained to see the conditions of all our water streams, called KHADS, NALAS,& KULHS in our local language. These have become virtually dumping grounds for all and any kind of Trash / Garbage. These are being polluted to this extent that even the Septic Tanks from house holds are drained in to these water resources. The apathy is that reporting these problems to even District Commissioner, does not help.

Dear sir my other suggestion is about the poor quality of your spokes persons. For god sake hire some good people with legal background and who are well educated . Even AAP spokes person are 100 time better than BJP. We are large country and it is easy to portrait wrong picture even though you are the best . Kejriwal won the election by siting better law and order in 49 days rule . Then how come now he says it is not my control . No body is questioning .

Dear sir.you cannot implement your policies as states are not under your control . Thus to make it happen use Justice system . Invest few thousand criers on expansion of courts and judges to ensure delivery of justice in 30 days max. Bring all govt services under consumer act .e.g any person should be a able to file case against Babu for poor cleanliness. Make MPs and MLAs as 1st level of justice by declaring them Ombudsman. Strengthen Panchayats system with athaurity to deliver basic justice .

In additions to my earlier comment on number of Ministers, another way to please the MLAs is to appoint Chief Parliament Secretaries, Example is Himachal Pradesh , who equally enjoys all the benefits what Ministers Enjoy ........... Is is not a Mockery of Court Orders ? Therefore, in the interest of General Public the appoint of these CPSs should be stopped in all the State Governments.

Ever since Honourable Courts restricted the number of Ministers in the Governments, the Clever Politicians found another way to circumvent these Orders............. For Example , in Himachal Pradesh, the Government has appointed so many ADHYAX & UP ADHYAX of so many corporations and boards and all those who lost last Elections have been adjusted. About 6 Crores are spent every month on account of salaries and allowances to these Presidents & Vice Presidents. This is a share wastage of resources

If we really want to improve the status of our Daughters and change the opinion if we should have Daughters, then the attitude towards our BAHUS , Daughters-in Laws has to be changed. If the Susraal balas will change their attitude then only the BETI BACHAO ABHIYAAN can be successful .

Dear PM, I am worried about the Ram Mandir issue. I had been to that place before the demolition, in 1992. I feel the people their need a better living than a mandir. A beautiful museum or a tourist spot should be made instead of a mandir, so that the people there can earn a living. The harmony between muslims and hindus should be kept.

Dear PM,I have a serious concern over India's growing air pollution levels. I've seen people having serious diseases due to this. why not start a campaign on Diwali, where people can buys dummy crackers looks like original from same road side stalls and the money earned should be used for of poor people & animals.I live in Delhi and moved to USA for working. After reaching here, I came to know that there are very strict and punishable laws for burning any kind of fire crackers Jai Hind!
