sir you are doing right things and the bureaucracy is not doing the job as there are too many departments for small traders or manufacturers , the babus are very much adamant if they are not satisfied with the rules , make the system online and reduce the interference of bureaucracy and politicians , why we are importing from china , as we do not want the headache of all the babus politician harassment like farmer childern do not want to be a farmer our children want to go to jobs
