These guidelines will surely help the training institutes in the right direction for better future of India. As per the awarding guidlines its a good step as it was a trend of past awarding people with no appropriate knowledge but either awards were distributed based on caste , popularity, name, or fame. Qualification was not kuch taken into consideration. Thus this step will be fruitful towards the betterment and appreciation of students and learning institutes as well .

The government should set up special schemes to encourage first-generation graduates and first-time start-ups. Those who are new to the profession for the first generation need additional training. So the government should offer refresher courses and retraining. This will help create entrepreneurs. Additional training is also required for first generation vocational trainees. The government should increase the training period for persons entering a profession for the first time.
