Discussion in Round 2 of the "Smart City Mission" City Challenge, as part of the process, Haldia Municipality is organizing a Discussion Forum where prominent citizens will take up the Pan-city smart solutions and Area Based Development issue suggested by the citizen through Comment for discussion. Cost of development should not be its environment. Haldia has to grow with care for nature. None of us could survive if nature is not protected. Greens of Haldia is one of the asset that must be protected with the development of new townships.
