. I am also submitting to stop “DNB” equivalent to MD or MS where there is more corruption then MCI however if honourable PM is in view of continuing DNB it should be also be kept under health ministry approved by PMO.

Not only this but this will shorten the duration of medical study and intervention of MCI inspection where there is a lot of corruption will also be stopped at least at MBBS level fully and for speciality level approval from MCI should also be amended and autonomous city of MCI to be removed by ordinance and to bring it under health ministry with final approval of PMO.

During this course first two years will be used in non clinical and para clinical and rest 3 years in speciality and selection will be best after 2 years on merit cum choice and the no. Of seats of medicine ,anaesthesia, Gyn & obs and paediatrics should be more then other clinical branches so that in Primary Health Centre will also get the speciality and very less chances of referring to the big hospitals (Multi-speciality, Medical colleges) will be required.

Sir, secondly after a deep thought I submit to honourable PM to abolish MBBS course and to continue speciality course only by increasing seat and 5 years duration instead of 3 years duration (MD or MS).

To save foreign exchange, government should ban use of petrol and diesel driven cars, scooters and motorcycles for minimum two days a week for shorter distances. 2. To save forests government should constitute a young forest protection force. 3. sir, I am connected with Pharma manufacturing. Please create policy for generic medicine. Different companies sales same drug on different brand with big price difference. Common man is confused. There should be price control. Increase the list of generic medicine & should be on active ingredient name. Pl allow bulk packing and dispensing at pharmacy. It will reduce cost drastically will be affordable for poor.
