A recent TV ad on showing children washing hands is a good starting point to convey the message of cleanliness ....this basic hygiene if practiced can keep dozens of diseases away and contribute to a healthy India. Govt should also try and make basic necessities like and soap, water accessible to the masses, in schools etc and make products associated with cleanliness more affordable
