We need to make the environment conducive for the doctors to do their job efficiently. Pay them good and make Health Insurance mandatory for all. Keeping the hospitals clean from disposals and corruption would go a long way. The people also should need to be educated about good healthy habits and how they can help the government serve them better. Have the latest technology and use it to the best extent.

In college level, from nurses to doctors, train them to manage their stress and also to treat d patients in patience in any situation. I understand that Doctors in Government hospitals have to take care more patients then private hospitals but that doesn't mean that you can treat them bad. Please don't misunderstand me. I have experienced it and interestingly these doctors treat same way even in their private clinics. Please train them. They r humans & even they may need counseling sometimes

To identify the treatment, medical equipment and the curing techniques not available in India and take action to promote/develop the same so that an Indian patient does not think to go abroad for treatment because it is not available in the country.

Hon'ble PM Sir,
I have enlisted a set of suggestions in a concise manner. My suggestions doesn't create any extra-ordinary fiscal burden, However, it may see some opposition from the existing institutions like IMA, MCI.#NITIAayog #HealthSysteminIndia

Make it mandatory for all mbbs or bds students to serve as doctors in govt. hospitals in rural areas to get their respective degree. This should be done as medical education is highly subsidised in all premier institutions throughout India. Further corporates can be encouraged to give medical equipment to various hospitals as a part of CSR funding.
