A patient's history like on what medication he is or what all tests have been done for diagnosis or which medicine is allergic to him or what kind of antibiotics can be given to the patient is very important for diagnosing any disease and cure it. So, I request that getting soft and hard copy of reports of any diagnosis or test should be made a fundamental right of a patient and this must be forced upon hospitals or doctors.

In USA there is new born screening where infants are tested for genetic diseases and conditions i.e. phenylketonuria, sickle-cell anemia etc. Early identification of such diseases can lead to effective treatment.

I want to highlight a problem with doctors (also someone raised the issue in Lok Sabha Channel), they don't give enough time for consulting the patients.
