I have observed that an ayurvedic doctor is not reluctant to go to rural areas unlike the MD allopaths. yet the govt is not giving enough budget to ayurved. rather, it prefers allopathy and homeopathy.

Contd.
Emergence of medical education as business not only lowered the quality of education but also made it so expensive, that today entire earnings of the society lost in these emerging private health centers for required or non-required forced health services and treatment.
Who created imbalances in need, education and health services? the answer is decayed political system, which allowed illiterate to rule literate.
Nothing is possible without having NITI for entry in politics.

We need to get the basics right. A proper treatment requires a professional thought process. More and More professional people who actually deserve to be in the health industry are required to head the department as well as more professional doctors are required to take the job. There are cases of donations and quotas in the education sector which rather than making up for the representation it has actually done bad to the industry. We need to remove the quotas and donations system in admissions

I would say prevailing health system in India are result of zig zag planning emerged from problems of flexible uncontrolled systems in every area remotely or directly connected with the health.Evolving NITI from within the self created mess is something next to impossible. We need to establish our basics of physical health like yoga and relevant sciences and purify our environment as part of the life to curve emergence of health issues first, working simultaneously to improve medical education.

Primary health centres must be available suburban and rural areas. They must be linked to multi-speciality hospitals.Patients must be refered by these centres to the hospitals. This would reduce the load at institutions like PGIS and AIMS and duplication of work.
