The biggest challenge is health human recourses in rural India and the reasons for that are poor facilities to the health service providers' family members i.e. education, safety etc. we should think on the similar lines as armed forces do. make the common education facilities for the health service providers' children, providing the appropriate transport and safety to the services providers as well as family members.

Rural India are suffering a lot of diseases because you dont get a lot of resources to maintain the health of rural people. You have hospitals & other resources except doctors.I am not telling in all areas but some places in India.Increase the incentives to Doctors working in rural India.Regular checking should be done in rural health care units.Absenteeism of doctors need to be curbed.

Public grievances sent to various PSU & Local Bodies like Electricity Board, Improvement Trust & Municipal Corporations, banks etc run by the government especially pertaining to senior citizens remain unattended for a very long period & such departments do not extend cooperation & do not bother at all so also force to visit them personally. This is nothing but harassment. Social Welfare Ministry should direct all such departments & see that their grievances are attended promptly on priority

6) Govt. should firmly stick to (HDHD) “HUM DO HAMERE DO “policy very strictly.
7)Public should be made aware of the health & other benefits that r prov. to d kids & fly. of those who stick to HDHD.
8) Family should be encouraged about HDHD scheme & benefits as well as if not followed their disadvantage. All the benefits shall be taken away, if the HDHD policy is not followed.
9) This will indirectly help in population control as well as good care of family when limited to fewer burdens.

4) A Group of Committee should be formed & in turn, this group should be asked to make surprise visit on a regular basis in all the govt. hosp. & health care dept. + Pvt. clinics with spy cameras (compulsory,so no evidence is missed/mislead) & forward their report each & every day personally/emails to the higher commissioner/officer & thereon to above.
5) This will make the staff more alert & practical in their task, as they will be at the risk of losing their Job

1) All the Pvt. hosp. doctor should be asked to make a contribution of some spare time to the needy/poor patient in govt. hosp.& this rule should be made mandatory, subj. to strict penalty if not adhered.
2) Cost of medicines, fees, charges, etc, should be nominal in all govt. hosp.
3) Medicine /Fee /various charges chart should be put up in all the corners of the hosp. + clinic, so no extra charges are taken from poor/needy from greedy agents/staff.

health system in india is not as much bad but there is need for proper managment ....... why dont the doctors of govt.hospital behave like private doctors. there body language treating stylesare different. govt should take money less than private hospital and should provide facilities like private.gov can give subsidy to poor people.
gov. may start there health insurance scheme. by this there will b no more load on govt. and the managment willbe proper/.
