NITI-Aayog needs to set up 4 EXPERT-GROUPs (like Permanent Sub-Commissions)
1. HEALTH
2. EDUCATION
3. FOOD

though we are said pharmacy of global south we are not able to provide adequate health facilities to our own countrymen. even now we do not have dispensary at all remote locations.Every family should have their medical insurance just like in europe. Our government hospitals and doctors in there are not good and our equipments work on the grace of god.AND YOU ARE SAYING THAT HOW CAN WE INCREASE RETURN,HOW CAN YOU IMAGINE. EVERY BUDGET ALLOCATES BUT THERE IS NO PROPER ENFORCEMENT CORRUPTION

EXCELLENCY,
MENACE OF STRRET DOGS RABIES ARE EASILY CONTROLLABLE.EARLIER LOCAL ADMIN CAPTUTES AND KILLS ROGUE STREET DOGS PERIODICALLY.
NOW IN TN THEY CAPTURE CASTRATE AND LEAVE.ANY DOG IN NIGHT WILL BARK AND TRIES TO BITE POOR PEOPLE.THIS WILL NOT HELP POOR PEOPLE FROM SUCH DOGS.BUT IT WAS NOT SAFE. WE BREED TIGERS,LIONS IN FOREST. THEY CAN BE REPLACED BY DOGS IF NEEDED OR MEN SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO KILL THEM IF DANGEROUS.PERIODICAL CAPTURE & ELIMINATION NEEDED LEAVING SAFETY GUARANTEED DOGS

As per the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development,“human beings are at the center of concerns for sustainable development, and that they are entitled to a healthy and productive life.”The goals of sustainable transformation can only be achieved in the absence of a high prevalence of debilitating diseases.Accordingly, there is an urgent need to address the causes of ill health, including environmental causes, with more emphasis
on women and children,as well as vulnerable groups of society.

I also raise my words towards total health insurance for all citizens of India at least for Rs.1 lac and every Income Tax payer should get minimum cover of Rs. 3 lac. Every year Lacs of people die not getting proper medical treatment that due to financial scarcity as well as proper medical facilities in rural areas. I also in favor of transferring any benefit whether it related to Health, Education etc. should be directly transferred to their saving accounts to get optimum utilization of money

A NOMINAL AMOUNT CAN BE DEDUCTED EVERY MONTH FROM ALL ' JAN-DHAN ' ACCOUNT HOLDERS TOWARDS HEALTH & LIFE INSURANCE & THEY BE GIVEN THE BENEFITS. AT LEAST, THEIR CHILDREN WILL LIVE HAPPILLY WITHOUT MUCH FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS.
