sir,it is of the fact that about 50% of population aged b/w 18-24 are interested in politics but they are unable to get it because of lack of experience&lack of opportunities.so,to enhance participation of youth an exam like civils should be conducted for each & every post to carry out any gov. activity irrespective of age which results in proffessional governance.

To increase participation of youth in politics we need to create forums and platforms for youth to built trust in our current leadership. It is lack of trust and faith in the current politicians that discourages the youth to get involved in politics. Transparency in rigorous followups on the ideas on opinions shared by youth will encourage youth to develop interest in contributing more towards politics

First step towards increasing participation is to make us aware that our opinion would matter or would be discussed. Active and constructive discussions through e-domain about the tentative policies/plans to gain opinion . As we realize that our opinion is being discussed more people would be willing to express themselves freely on the national stage. As our suggestions might not be accurate under global circumstances, a feedback from experts is always appreciated.

Our PM is a great orator, a visionary and an inspirational. He should visit Universities, IITs, IIM and Medical Colleges. Lay down the vision and expectations from engineers, doctors, lawyers etc. Form University based teams headed by faculty member and inspire them to go to villages and offer at least one year of service after graduation. Our ex- president Abdul Kalam should be used. Move fast and with a solid plan. Coordinate from Center.
