I was working on developing molecular tools for diagnostic purposes. Tools are even being developed for less invasive cancer diagnostics. In this scenario, it is quite possible to develop a cheaper technology detect HIV or viral proteins and DNA from blood.
I am trying to start up or support forefront molecular biology research here. I am interested and willing to share my scientific knowledge or ideas, if I could get to talk with respective people.
Sincerely,
Nikhil

make hiv test mandatory for every individual along with several other tests.. this should be a country level mission .after conducting tests every individual should be given a health card and his health profile should be saved in a database.monitoring should be at the centre but work should be done at grassroots.like mandatory aadhar make mandatory health card with all tests done.for that improve infrastructure at village level involve all medical practitioners in this mission make india healthy

i am son of chemist ...so i think the government should work on the prices of medicines , there are only 300-400 medicines(drugs ) that are under price control system.....those medicines are not commonly used medicines ...... there are many pain killers, and specially anti-bioticies ...the company in earning huge profit ....and one more think why there is difference in rate of generic medicine and medicine made by mmc's .....why .....work on it

At first we have to create awareness regarding the problem.we have to address what are the problem we faced during this dices.cut out the fear from people regarding HIV.motivate them.make them assure that we all are ready to help them each an every moment.they are the member of our life, our society.find out the willingness from them and treat them not only as a patient as a Hero of Survival.

I suggest following steps :-
1. First make the test for HIV available at free in all govt hospitals,
2. All patients coming to govt hospitals shd be screened compulsorily for HIV,
3. All govt employees , both in stars and centre, shd be screened for HIV,
4. Red light areas in the country shd be at the centre of testing HIV and all those who r found positive for it , shd be isolated from red light area and kept in isolation and treated till she becomes negative for HIV,
5. Abolish eunuchs

, Availablity of mediccines without doctor prescription should be controlled. it is use full only for drug companies, irregular usage of Medicines causing many complications ,drug stores should be monitored.govt should encourage Ayurvedic system in which there are minimum side effects.
