India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Sir,With reference to food packaging act & gazette notification in Part III Khand 4 no. F.No.2015015/30/2010 dt. 01/08/2011, under chapter 2.1.2.2 Packaging of Edible Oil/fat in tincontainers shall conform to the standards of prime grade quality contained by in B.I.S. standards No.1993 or 13955 or 9025 or 13954 as amended from time to time etc.But some mfrs of edible oils are filling in G.P.Sheets tincontainers which is slow poison having lot of lead in sheets in U.P.,M.P.Rajasthan.

By educating them with involvement of society in their own language along with necessary investigation like ELISA for HIVor western blot test.

First of all many thanks for providing this excellent site and innovative idea. Our country needs good quality of medical facilities to all countrymen. Though you have already declared for proposed more AIIMS. With many medical institutions we also need good quality of medical advise. As WHO is advising to world,our country should establish IHO (Indian Health Organisation) which should be managed and organised by experts and highly experienced medical professionals.

Namste Modi ji mein aap se ye kehna chahata hui ki bharat mein rape ki counting barti jaa rhi hai ab woh yahain tak pahunch chuki hai ki har ghante 2 girls ke sath rape ya gang rape hoth hai. abhi tak sirf 2% logo ko hi saja mili hai.aur toh aur ministers ko ya unko bacho ko toh woh bhi nhi milti hai. rapists ko lal kile pe nanga krke ag laga deni chahia. plz kuch kariye bharat mein mata puji jati hai aur usi bharat maa ki beti ke sath rape kiya jata hai plz rapists ke liye sakht rule banaiye

We can get everybody above 21yrs or even 25yrs with their health conditions and allot them an electronic card only by which an individual would get his quota in a fixed Limit which Never could be exceeded in any means and every swipe or card scan should be recorded by the provider(Outlet).The same card should be the individuals Health Card too so that his health details could be interrelated to his quota and its limits.Sir,Jan Dhan Yojna Agar theen mahine mein aap kar sakte ho to yeh bhi hoga..

i had been invited by “East Side Institute” for attending & participating in this festival with international classes for higher education in New York, USA. I got full scholarship for International classes & for “Performing the world 2014, how shall we become ?” but i couldn't visit that festival because i didn't have sufficient funds for my travelling.(Three international trips required.) But i have an opportunity to attend international classes in 2015. so i need sponsorship can u help ?

Respected Sir, heavy traffic jam in Delhi has been becoming a severe problem for the citizens. The private transport i.e. rtvs & gramin sewa are killing the times of the commuters. The commuters have to wait for long time to move the vehicles. Moreover the drivers of these vehicles do not have the proper license and they load passengers as much as they can. Even the traffic police don't mind for that. It is killing the time of the common man and ruining their lifestyle. Please look into.
