India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

PM SIR GOOD EVENING I am studying biotechnology currently so that we know the the basic techniques like bio diesel, bio plastic,so with the help of leader like you we can cut down the our environmental pollution and requirement of importing crude oil. that will make our motherland economically strong and pollution free. हमे ऐसे डॉक्टरों की ज्यादा जरूरत है जो इलाज के साथ साथ बीमारी का सही कारन मरीज को बताये और उस बीमारी को रोकने के उपाय भी.

Hello sir, I have been seeing the problem of the poor people while getting blood for their family members.. they charge about Rs. 700-800 for every unit of blood in the government hospital..poor people come to government hospital thinking that their treatment will be done in the limited cost and will be helpful for them but what I am seeing is this thing where they will have to pay so huge..why will they come to govt. hosp if they had so much of money..??please look fwd to this problem..

sir , welcoming the the step by our PM Narendra Modi by launching Swacch Bharat Campaign , i want that proper dustbins be placed in railway coaches so that people dont throw waste out of window. since either we dont have dustbins or if we have they are not in proper condition , so people have no option other than throwing waste out of window, so . its a request to install proper dustbins in railway coaches. thanks

How about putting a heavier tax on cigarrettes and alchohol? This will reduce the number of alchoholics and chain smokers and generate more revenue for the government as well. Lesser addiction to these substances will reduce violence towards women and bring down cancer risk among the population as well. Healthy Indians, Productive India!

Sir, my suggestion is that the fallow land of government should be kept clean and some gardens or parks should be made on that land so that there is place for chidren and old people to spend time and city will also be clean.

In order to have neat and clean environment we need to cover naked mud with grass in our cities at least in the first attempt. It will make our environment cleaner and less polluted. If the naked mud is covered with grass our houses, our clothes, our streets, our atmosphere and everything else shall become cleaner. Washing expenditure of our clothes, automobiles shall also come down significantly. This way our usage of brooms inside aswell as outside our houses shall diminish very significantly.

Early diagnosis is the key for good treatment of diseases.. India needs better awareness on evidence based medicine with treatment after narrowing down the disease entity..

Sir,Please issue a circular to petroleum ministry that all LPG ditributor in own area made minimum 5 sulabh shauchalay .its inspection done by iocl officer.
