i suggest govt shud consider increasing fees to an extent in all education sector in universities, engineering, medical colleges.. now people spend lakhs on schools, coaching to enter govt funded institute but pay only some bucks. there shud b some balance. and consider taking benefits from candidates studying on subsidized seats, like i suggested signing bonds to work later,by this govt will never face staff crunch, will always young enthusiastic ppl working. not just medical doctors, can be applied to dental/para-medical/nursing and many other areas.

doctor patient ratio in India is screwed badly. improve it. PSUs,railway hv their govt funded hospitals, they shud be allowed to have internship/resident academic programs, not sure if they have one now. district hospitals should follow same. and follow the policy of signing bond for ppl studying on govt subsidized seat and shud be asked to work for 3 years in govt hospitals with 1year rural posting. and those dont want to sign bond, can be asked to pay full fees. same policy shud be followed in other sectors whr govt subsidizing education like engineering, govt shud take benefits out of them

program of previous govt to have 2yr internship with 1year rural service in crap. scrape it. govt shud stop behaving like tughlak enforcing stupid ideas. already medical education so lengthy, seats less, shud not doctors from writing PGexam. many specialized doctors also feel working in rural areas challenging,& govt planing to depend on interns for rural health?i suggest 1yr internship enuf,bt those who enroll for 1year rural service can be given some benefits when they write PGexam next year. this will encourage ppl
