India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

I have a suggestion on improving railways: The windows of coaches other than AC coaches, are not proper fit and need special maintenance so that in the winter, the cold wind can be stopped from out side. For this, we need to redesign and have better windows. This will help a common man travelling in the rail. Will railways look into this?

Hi All This topic is related to Education Loan pattern. In India we can get car/home/industries loan at the interest rate on 10-11 %, but education loan is 15-16%. Untill unless the education loan is not distributed at the normal rates, the young generation will not grow and also cannot afford to help government as per the expectation. Kindly visit current interest rates on Nationalize Bank website or RBI site. Hope at least this government will help the poor.

Regular blood tests and it's only possible with joint collaboration of primary doctors and their inputs and early intervention and education yo the patients that diseases as such could be treated at early stages.

Dear Mr. Modi, I am for an Healthy India through healthy and clean Mind. My suggestion is concerning the Child abuse going on in Schools across India. All the cases where ever the culprit is caught is an porn addict. The Solution to this is firstly all the Male members irrespective of whether he is a senior employee or a peon should be sent to a 10 days Vipassana retreat. I am Very sure if Such wonderful techniques can work wonders in Tihar Jail, why not in schools for teachers/principals.

Dear Sir , There is always a Problem In Muslim Community in India ,in Shia & Sunni ,for there Development . Why not there Should be Given Different Status for Waqaf Boards .each Community Should have Separate Waqaf Boards .for self development

Hello. I hope that the government can have a online method on lines of prime ministers relief fund . this new website should make it easier for people to contribute money towards construction of public toilets . under swach bharat project. This way will allow people worldwide to make contributions easily and regularly. This website should regularly post pictures of such projects undertaken and completed.

in your list of activities, i dont see any activity for the safe guarding of animals in our country. we need to follow Mahatma Gandhi in this as well as he had said: "a nation is known as how it treats it's animals". i want to work in this field. please do let me how?

Ban on all artificial pesticides and fertilizers and encouraging organic farming through out India. This in turn will make every Indian get high quality food and makes every Indian healthy. We can export our agriculture products as there is a huge demand for organic products.

I stay in Pune. A city known as the Education Capital, IT hub, But really is it?? I wonder. I would like to say that Pune is the most Un mannagable, most illeterate and un organised as far as civic sense is concerned. Traffic is the most imp issue here. People break signals, drive hap hazard, without even the care that it can cause a threat to someone else's life. I request the gov to please implement strict rules in the city of Pune for those who break traffic rules especially signals
