These laws should be made as thumb rule in Rent Control Act for to make the exploitation of landlords by tenants. And when the complaint is made in the Rent Control should act immediately on these cases and save the landlords. Here I need to mention that 95% of the Indian House Owners are not Zamindars. Please click the below URL for the Victim list.

Case 3: If the Tenant doesn’t hold any lease deed and entering the dispute.
Solution: The Law should be – Tenant and Landlord should enter into the valid lease deed & lease should not exceed 11 months. At the end of the 11 months the Tenant should vacate the premises. By this Landlord is giving 11 months of notice to the Tenant to vacate. This is more time for the shopkeeper to search for a new premises.

SIR, IN INDIA, IN SEARCH OF JOBS, MIGRATION IS VERY COMMON TOWARDS THE BIG CITIES WITH THAT PLANNING OF BIG CITIES BEGET IMBALANCED. SO IT WOULD BE BETTER IF INDUSTRIES ARE DEVELOPED NEAR THE CITIES AND VILLAGES WHERE UNEMPLOYED YOUTH ARE IN EXCESS. ALSO RUSH IN THE CITIES SATURATED BY POPULATION BE REDUCED.YOURS SINCERELY, BEST REGARDS.

people living in polluted cities particularly like mumbai, navi mumbai, are susceptible to various ailments and the medical facilities available are either unaffordable for the common man or simply not available with the hospital finding it difficult to cope up with the situation. the man in the street however well to do can become a pauper on the face of mounting medical bills those who have paid income tax to the government coffers are also left in the lurch once they contract deceases.
