For acquisition of farmer’s land some sort of consent must be given to them. Farmers are the so proudful fabric of the nation who have given the nation most at same time they are most vulnerable for very long. Why not nation should look into their problems, their sentiments, emotions and even more the necessities and need. Farmers being vulnerable and poor, they were & are surviving and serving but what if very land is taken away or snatched away from them. Nation and elites are talking of inclusive development but are the farmers included in so called inclusive development ? or talking development at expense of the farmer? My Suggestion: there must be an element of consent from the farmers directly or indirectly. No consent means there is an element of coerciveness. I propose 100% consent from local elected bodies falling in that area.

I had found in most districts and regions there exist Industrial Area encompassing a vast track of land and in many cases it is covering over 1000 acres or more but without any commercial activities or with very minimal commercial activities for example Gorakhpur(GIDA), Jagdishpur, Naini, Mirazapur, Basti, Panki-Kanpur, Jhanshi etc. so is the case with each part of the nation. It is the nation loss. Why not such land be taken back and allotted to new entrepreneurs so that this unutilized land be utilized and very purpose of acquired land be full filled. My Suggestion: It would be better for the nation if acquisition of such land be incorporated in the proposed land bill for amendment placed before the parliament now. Why all acquisition of land in name of development be from framers account only? Why not unutilized land already acquired for industrial use or any other development where no activities or very marginal activities are going on for last 5-7 years ?

Modiji....Your problem today is passing key bills in RS, but you have insufficient numbers. Another problem is opposition is not letting RS function. I would suggest you to ask your MPs embrace satyagrah. Let all your MPs sit in RS untill all other party fellow member come to RS and exercise their voting right. No matter if they vote against the bill but let them come to RS and let it function.
