namaskar sir i think we need to focus on education sector as it is the system where a child is trained to get education for life. but to get education for life. but we are geeting bookish knowledge only. we need man making knowledge.i think i want to education system will be good without coureption .so i very happy.i want education will be privete sector.it is not always that oppertunities are not suffice rather i feel at times job satisfication,job security, working environment are also.thanks.

Source of Brain Drain is unemployment, lack of education, lack of decision making, weak mind. To stop this I think we need to focus on education sector as it is the system where a child is trained to get education for life. But, we are getting bookish knowledge only. Here, we should include the course of spiritual science i.e., the knowledge of self to choose right or wrong in life!!!!

Sir we have the best education system and the grading system in the schools and universties is impartial.Since the no. of graduates coming out of the universties are enormous the GOI should make policy to give employment to each and every graduate so that he /she will contribute in the development of the country.The best brains must be found out in the school level and they must be provided special career training during their graduation as per their choice so that they become part of indusrty.

Sir, Education system should be changed overall and should be invested the minds of young students to creative ability rather than ranking / Job/ status in society. By doing this, everyone will have education as knowledge rather than job and if this thought strike in every individual they will tend to development of nation. Government departs / schools / colleges should focus on creative ability and encourage students for R & D by correct men & materials and definitely we can stop brain drain.

sir meri salah hai job ko fundamental right bane.phir hamare yaha jo salary milti hai ek ko 1lakh or ek ko usi kam ke liye 5000.wo khatam hona chahiye or govt vacancy deni chahiye.magar govt job or private job me koi anter nahi hona chahiye.sabko saman kam ke liye saman betan se hamare desh ki utpadan chamta badhegi.or unemployment khatam hoga.

Just invest more for researchers and encourage them on their any innovative ideas. I think gov should not interest on only top research institute they need to focus and invest more on every regional university and research institute. Moreover the most necessary task to improve all college and university laboratory for advance instrument.As most of the researchers are facing the instrument and funding problem.
