Plz take necessary action to regularize B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science Course in University of Delhi in order to bring about the welfare of many staff who are working since last 13 years in different Colleges on TEMPORARY BASIS without any promotion and without any benefits. We are all waiting since 13 years for the regularization of B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science & we are sincerely hoping that it will happen sometime or someday. You are humbly requested to look into the matter sympathetically.

UGC has been granted many new courses in University of Delhi. Then, why is UGC not granting funds to B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science even though, B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science is successfully running in Delhi University since last 13 years without any problem. All the Temporary Staff are waiting since last 13 years for the regularization of B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science and we are sincerely hoping that it will happen sometime or someday.“MODI SIR, HUM TAMAM LOGO KE ACCHE DIN KAB AYENGE????”

B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science (self-finance) is successfully running in Delhi University since last 13 years without any problem. Then, why is UGC not granting funds to B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science. Above 95% of students after completion of B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science Course, further pursue M. Sc. Computer Science and MCA. It is noticeable that University of Delhi also running M. Sc. Computer Science & MCA Courses for which UGC has been already granting funds since last above 10 years.

Armed with the new Land Acquisition Ordinance let Indian Railways acquire 300-ft of land on either side of existing rail tracks running interstate. Such newly acquired land be used for "Make In India." Lease such land to entrepreneurs to make Railway Fixtures, anything GOI or Indian Defense forces need in every State bringing labor to work there from crowded metros every day. Pay market compensation to farmers who give land for "Make in India". This is Win Win for IR & Make in India for India!

Make in India: At present 100% Led Bulb/Tube Light Housing are imported from China and about 95% of Panel Light and street Light fixtures are imported from China, they use recycled Aluminium, r v not competent enough to make them in India? Lead content is also very high, not only that valuation declared is much lower than the actual value which is done to avoid taxes and sold in cash n funds transferred to China via hawala, does this help our country?

I feel Ans' lies in How Technology in India born. IT industry had an impact on our Society which produces Computer Master, which in turn examined by IT Companies, firms etc on basis of Skills......Likewise, Leaders n Ministries has to be grown within(like Companies) to produce Decision Making Individuals......which will eventually led to systematic Stop of Brain Drain in India....

Brain drain can be stopped by reducing govt interference in functioning. Making it autonomous only on paper and not in actual practice wont work. 2ndly, increase in grants. Increase in grants will foster R&D & will encourage potential researchers to research in India where there is no impediment because of lack of grant. Thirdly, increase their salaries plus fringe benefits. This will encourage teachers of higher standards to teach in India with better pay rather going to inst abroad.

Brain drain is happening not because of mainly high pay but also very slow and complicated policies in the government to implement any new idea. If government keeps an open mind in adapting itself to the need of the hour , surely the brainy will serve the motherland
