Empty mind is devil's house. So I think that is we want to stop the brain drain we have to take very strong actions. Like…1) In selection criteria more importance should be given to brain (EQ) along with moral also (EQ). 2) Nothing is Free for anybody. 3) Schemes should be modified. One Unique identity should be given to everyone & this should be used as one compulsory documents every. 5) Education should be more practical and skilled. 6) Create More Jobs & Job creator should rewarded.

to bocame a job creater one should have an asset,and to develope an asset you should have following 1-knowledge;- step by step knowledge is required 2-capital:-its major problem.many having innovative ideas but due to lack of money that ideas arn't come true plz provide asset

Good evening; I may be completely out of my mind but as most goods and services in our economy (most of which are essential for life) are private sector provided, is there room in our Constitution to further expand some of the existing Gov't provided services to the private sector, or at least provide Private sector alternatives? For example...Fire Departments? Private fire services? Or law enforcement? What about Courts or Judges? After so many law graduates work for private law firms...

Why super brains of India drain ? this question can't get answer readily. In India super brains not yet recognized by Govt as well as communities. To set up good environment to retain them in India is not easy as say. India should realize why it has been happen frequently. Our system throw out them from our country like corruption, knowledge neglect, lack of support , cooperation etc,,, Good governance could save country from Brain Drain.
