Honourable Prime Minister It delights me to share my concern with you and thank you,sir you are asking people to create job but may be you are not aware of this so i thought to inform you,Many student have qualified in IBPS PO 3 and they are kept ideal from last 10 month.and only 2 month are left for expire of their score card. It is our humble request please do something so that appx 2000 student can get job and can walk with you for better future and help you in making better India.

stop the corruption 1st... for example the government or municipal hospitals there were no good doctors and nurses and facilities compare to private hospitals, the government should improve it and show to society then only the doctors will not go to other country because when the future doctors are getting the good facilities in there own country they choose India as 1st priority.

brain drain is not a problem .... but a token of appreciation ...that our brain is so much in demand but problem arise when brain is drain out because our country not able to proper utilize it in the way it should be .... here research is a huge problem in all sector ... people learn to run for money than to enjoy the work . we are growing in unhealthy competitive country where education has become a source to earn money money and only money .we need a change ...a change where education-a joy.

Government should explore the possibility of creating working force from begger in big city and supply them to miscellaneous jobs like gardening ,garbage cleaning in government and private premises like office ,bunglows etc .by this way government can earn good amount of money and with same can provide cheaper labour for this type of work for which labours are not available in open market .

There is severe shortage of Farm Labour through out the country.Input costs, losses, suicides are increasing.In this connection I suggest to introduce cultivation/agriculture as topics from classes 6-10.At 11-12th classes, each student must attend to cultivation/agricultural activities.Each one will be paid honorarium and a certificate of his expertise.Expenditure can be met from NREGA funds.That way we can utilize NREGA funds,decreased input costs,and awareness of farming in younger generation

To stop Brain Drain we need to take the following steps; 1.Developing world class R&D facilities/institutions along with very good universities which provide conducive environment for realisation of one's maximum potential/research. 2.Paying the scientist a higher salary package. 3.Involving private sector in R&D & bringing some incentive schemes for new reasearch. 4.Modifying the education curriculum & giving much emphasis on national feelings,motivating students to feel proud for working india. 5.Inviting back those already left to some good institutions. 6.Giving recognition to those who have done excellently well. 7.Developing a conducive environment for business.

Let the brains shine in India by having more governmental privileges.Let they have independent powers to work their brain so. Let them be employed by advanced/mass employement programmes or by the mushrooming of MSME's.

If govnment stop import on foreing companies like colgate. hindustan lever, pamolive, gillete,puma, nike, mitsubitsi.then indian companies' demand will increase and manufacturing rate will increase. and so many unemployed people will get job. by doing this we can save money which indians are paying to foreing companies of other contries. and all unemployed will get job................
