Hello sir, I am working in DRDO as junior research fellow. My dream is work in any government research lab as permanent employee. So I have to prepare again for gov job exams. But as Jrf I am not doing any research because I will not get time since for any other gov job need a lot of prepatation . so my sincere suggestion to modi gov is that to provide an opportunity by giving special vacancies for percent posy. So we can think about research freely.

Encourage students by providing jobs in their own field so that they will not distract from what they had studied in their school and college . I am mechanical engineer I tried for engineering job but I didn't get it , it doesn't mean that I don't deserve job in that field . I am now selected in bank exam everybody know my Engineering degree is just a piece of paper now and to satisfy myself that I am an Engineer . But truly speaking I will not do this job with my interest . Thank you
