Brain Drain can be stopped by recognizing “genuine” talent rather than donations etc. There should be more trade and exchange of goods. More job opportunities should be provided to people. Employees in India leave the country and opt for studies aboard only because they can work and study. In India this is not possible. People here are barely able save. Due to this, the professionals prefer to stay out of the country for better prospects and save money.

Sir i would like to focus on the DEFENSE AND SECURITY issue as we all know there is a shortage of around 10000 officers in Indian Army and for getting into it is also not easy. but there are many candidates who want to join defence... so there must be voluntary scheme open for all but with a certain criteria as if the ones who enter through voluntary scheme will be promoted after 5 6 yrs from captain to major.. sir plz do foucs on this as we are very keen to join army.. ! Brain drain reasons,my point of view some r FOR MORE MONEY, getting paid in other higher currencies for same work,one expend it hear. FOR BETTER PLACE TO LIVE,cleanliness,on time services,good pollution free roads, fair police security,trafic,every thing systematic. FOR FREEDOM TO LIVE ACCORDING THEIR WAY getting rid off unnecessary social rules. FOR RESPECT any job profile for any financial status(low) one is respected as a human. Sir,I want to inform you that.in all govt. exam fees are too high for general student.I am not in special group.my family income is not well.how can I arrange exam fees like 500.every central exam fees for general is 500or 400.how can I manage money for all exam.I belong from general family that mean I have to pay.my family situation is not weel.why should sc obc others get all the facilities.do something for poor general student.I know you never see my post.please do something for us please.
