Can National Skill Register be integrated with PASSPORT, ADHAAR, PF, Banking Sector, State-wide education dept. to collect all employees’ details and becomes single point database for all documents related to employees. Also allow employees to update their photographs yearly mandatory. Make mandatory for employers to accept Bar-coded / RIFD online filled resume thus reducing standard background verification.
