How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

aapka Swachch Bharat ka idea bahut shandar he. our ek bat bahut jaruri he India ke liye yaha ki sabse badi problem he population aap se nivedan he ki kuch dhyan is pr bhi de yah bahut jaruri he ye problem solve ho jati he to ishke sath bahut si problem solve ho jayegi so plsssssssssssss papulation pr jarur dhyan de.

Swachch Bharat: I find the contractors of BBMP pick waste from one locality and dump it on isolated road side. It seems BBMP executives look other way and the dumping continues. How Bharat will become swachch? Thank you

100% employment (1): More than 40 Million people are unemployed. Unemployment is higher at higher literacy levels. Huge untapped potential for employment generation lies within the Government cadres which can be tapped to achieve the objective. A cake can be cut to 12 pieces to feed 12 people. 100% employment (2): Driver and LDC/UDC cadres of Central/State Governments are potential source of additional employment generation. Approximately 0.3 Million people are in Driver cadre and 3.2 Million people in LDC/UDC cadre with service span of 36 years average. A new category of Contract Employee with a service span of 3 years is created in these cadres and a vacancy is generated every 3 years. This amounts to 11 additional employments for a block of 36 years. Contd.

Driver cadre employee will normally operate solo and can choose option from tourism sector services / service sector where vehicle is a business necessity / business where vehicle deployment enhances turnover. LDC/UDC cadre employee can choose MSME business in Agricultural Trade/Cottage Industries/Services Sector/IT Sector/Micro Finance/etc. Contd.

100% employment (5): 3 years contract tenure with Government empowers student with job experience, solving business issues, soft skills, etiquette, self presentation, work culture etc. and is similar to an MBBS student undergoing internship to face professional challenges. The employee is imparted an orientation course on MSME opportunities by Government by means and schedule which does not affect regular duty of employee through dedicated website. Contd.

The eligibility criteria for Driver cadre are HSSC pass, age above 18 years and valid license to drive LMV/HMV. Employee is paid INR 5000.00 p/m. On completion of 3 years contract, the employee is paid the difference of accrued salary which applicable interest.
