How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

DIGNITY OF LABOUR should be taught to every citizen in india.. what ever the job performed by any citizen have to be respected by everyone in the society. THE BEST thing to create jobs is paying salaries based on the hours they work. with which a standard hourly rate has to fixed by the government in both public and private sectors. paying hourly- the salary paid to fixed salaried worker can be contributed to others by creating a job for few more this way by paying them hourly.

I am very sad that India is not advancing because of brain drain. Brain drain is because of reservation in India for backward & minority classes, it should not be done, this is lowering our countries economy. More opportunities should be created for talented persons. Thank you

brain drain is only because of lack of employment. In India one of the major problem is the "SOURCE" in private companies and a big competition in government jobs. Competition is good,it helps, but only for few. If we remove this SOURCE thing from private companies which we do not find in foreign companies then their migration could be decreased at a very large scale. This SOURCE thing only helps a family and helps in prospering but for a family only.

There are lots and lots of engineers and unemployment ratio is very-very high.Just because of this in every govt. exam if we look, the cutoffs is continuously increasing. The reservation is also a severe headache in this field.I think universities and colleges must be inspected. There are lots and lots of engineering and mba colleges where the fees is being charged but there is no talk about skills.I think the govt. should focus on good campus recruitment in every college.

Revnue generating officers should be directed to work strictly as per rule and should not use their discretion powers, For eample in cas detected scrutiny AO should be adwised to ask relevant information from the assesee and not the full data . This will help in reducing the corruption and enhance the confidence of assesees.

Bring in strict rules for 8 hours of working, so that you can introduce part time working model, which allows young students or job seekers to work part time, which in turn allows full time employees a work life balance. This model is widely used across English speaking nations. This way you're providing part time jobs to youth and making them learn on the job, which is called as on the job training in corporate world.

The brain drain is mainly due to lack of opportunities and facilities. The prioirty should be creating world class instutions with adequate infrastruture/with faculty in science and technology front. Like the introduction of CSR and Educational Cess, Corporates should get some Tax benefits for the amount they contribute to such intstitutes for carrying out such research. Also make Faculty positions attractive with more bonus based on amount of internationally recoganized research papers

rojgar agar lana hai to Corruption ko katam karna h, or isko katam karne ke liye ek helpline bne jisme complaint karne par turant karbahi ho chahe wo koi bhi ho aam aadmi se lekar Minister koi bhi us par turan karbahi ho.ahar india se corruption khatam ho gya to aapne aap rajgaar paida ho jayege. aaj me dekhata hu ki agar kisi bhibhag me 10 vacanse hoti hiai to usme 3 MLA ki, 2Us bhibhag ke officer ki or 1 other ki baki bachti hai 4 usme bhi 5-5 lakh risvat mangte hai isko khatam hona chahiye
